11 December 2007	ED of Proposed Amendments to FRS 39 Financial Instruments: Exposures Qualifying for Hedge Accounting, ED 9 Joint Arrangements and ED of Proposed Amendments to IFRS (Annual Improvement Process) are available for comments. Comments should be submitted no later than 11 January 2008.
